Dr. Joshua Gelber

Since I can remember, helping people has always been my passion. To this day, I get the greatest enjoyment from making sure others live more fulfilling lives. My aspirations are modest. I want to help people overcome the pain that can overwhelm their lives and prevent them from living at their highest potential.

That’s why I chose to be a Chiropractor.

I saw how much physical pain could overwhelm people’s lives. So many are silently suffering. In addition to alleviating any discomfort, I try to understand how pain affects your life. I want you to feel better, function better, and together we will chart your course on the road to a thriving lifestyle.

Through my experience, I’ve learned that chiropractic is about far more than making adjustments. It’s all about how to create a holistic approach individualized to you, ensuring you begin a journey to a richer, happier life.

…Which all started with a desire to understand how the human body works, from the inside-out. An Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from York University (2000) paved the way to my Doctorate of Chiropractic from Logan University in St. Louis, Missouri (2003).

Year after year, my love for my profession, perhaps my calling, has only grown stronger.  Annex Family Chiropractic (my first offspring) was born after 11 years of blood, sweat, and even some tears of experience in the field.

Biological fatherhood started in 2016 thanks to being completely in love with my phenomenal wife; our son and daughter give me even more joy and drive to help so many thrive, and get their best lives back.

Here’s a list of people and services Dr. Josh recommends to help you on your health journey.

Grace Smith – Clinic Manager

I began working at Annex Family Chiropractic in 2005. Today, I am the office manager and take great pride in providing outstanding service to our practice members.

I came into chiropractic knowing nothing of natural healthcare. Now, I share how beneficial and absolutely life-changing it’s been to have chiropractic care be a part of my life. I couldn’t imagine life without it!

I received a Bachelor of Social Work with a minor in public policy and administration from Ryerson Polytechnic University in 1998. The most important thing I can offer to everyone I meet and encounter on my journey, whether friends, co workers, or strangers, is compassion and understanding.

I enjoy reading, drawing, painting and contributing daily to an online meditative blog. My future aspirations include working with people one-on-one to take back their health through nutritional cleansing and smarter eating. I firmly believe that the body is a beautiful machine designed to carry us through our lives, and that it is our right to provide it the best possible care so that we can flourish while serving others.
