I will admit, having just seen “The A-Team” movie this evening, this post may have an odd origin – but to quote Hannibal Smith, the leader of the team, and a classic character “I love it when a good plan comes together” – this statement resonates into my chiropractic world through and through.
My primary goal with new and prospective patients, is to help them re-attain optimal health and healing potential through the chiropractic adjustment. In turn, their goal is to eliminate the stressors in their life that are influencing and reinforcing subluxations.
Subluxations are a response to stress incurred over time and with repetition.
A carefully structured care “plan” – is the most important element for me to provide, enforce, and assist with; without it, optimal healing and thus positive clinical results are difficult to achieve.
Like anything in life, when working towards a goal, have a plan; construct it, and then follow it, or follow a coach’s plan.
A solid plan allows for maximum achievement, and this is where greatness can be seen, and felt!
On a side note, my plan to blog 21 days straight, was obviously not planned out well – and therefore hit a glitch. I will re-plan, and be more successful, but until then, I’ll keep you enlightened!
